General Weapon Information¶
In addition to direct purchases, your weapon usage on the server is heavily influenced by your character's overall experience and your individual mastery tier with each specific firearm.
Progression System (Weapons Skill & Mastery)¶
The progression panel can be accessed in two ways: either directly through the main interface by navigating to My Stuff -> Mastery tab, or instantly by typing the /mastery command in the chat.
Weapons Skill (Global Level)¶
- What it represents: Displays your global combat weapon proficiency tier (from Lv 1 to 10) and your accumulated experience points (e.g., 6 / 500 XP).
- Utility: Increasing your global level unlocks higher-caliber and more powerful firearms inside the Gun Shop catalog.
- How to level up:
- For civilians/criminals: By eliminating on-duty law enforcement officers.
- For law enforcement (on-duty officers): By eliminating wanted suspects.
- Specific Scoring: Different targets grant different point values:
+3 Roads,+5 SWAT,+10 Sheriff, and+5 Wanted suspect.
Weapon Mastery (Per-Weapon Progress)¶
- What it represents: Every individual weapon model on the server tracks its own progression bar (e.g., 0/200 daily progress cap and a total of 0 to 150 XP for the current mastery level).
- Unlock Requirements: Advanced weapons in the roster remain locked until you reach their respective global level milestone (e.g., SNS Pistol MK2 requires
REQUIRES SKILL 2, while SMG MK2 requiresREQUIRES SKILL 8). - Progression Rules: Points are earned by getting eliminations with that specific firearm. To prevent exploitation, the system enforces strict limitations:
- Target Limitation: You can earn a maximum of 5 progression points per day from the same player (
Same target: 5/day). - Cooldown: There must be a minimum delay of 10 minutes between earned progression points (
10 min between).
- Target Limitation: You can earn a maximum of 5 progression points per day from the same player (
Daily Caps¶
- General Skill Cap: You can accumulate up to a maximum of 500 XP per day for your global skill line.
- Weapon Mastery Cap: You can earn a maximum of 200 XP per day per weapon line.
- The module displays a real-time countdown showing when these caps will reset (e.g., Resets in 7h 15m).
Equipment Management¶
If you hold weapons that you no longer need, or if you wish to interact with items seized by law enforcement, you can open the equipment management dashboard.
The interface is structured into two main view modes:
- Discard: The inventory grid layout where you can see your current weapons along with their index number, icon, name (e.g., SMG, Pistol), unique reference code (
Serial), remaining structural health (Durability), and loaded ammunition round count (Ammo). - Reclaim Weapons: The designated workspace where you can buy back or recover weapons previously confiscated by law enforcement officials.
Weapon Destruction Warning
Discarding weapons using the destruction utility is an irreversible action. Once you check the selection boxes for your chosen items and click the Discard selected button, those assets are permanently wiped from the database and cannot be recovered!
