Builder Job¶
Overview¶
- The Builder job is a safe, medium-difficulty job that can be completed solo, but it is recommended to be done with 2, 3, or 4 players.
- This recommendation exists because of the large number of tasks that must be completed on the construction site.
- You must drive the job vehicle to the marked location on the map in order to begin the construction work.
- A driving license is required to perform this job.
- It is important for the concrete mixer truck to be present on-site in order to pour concrete during certain stages of the construction.
Team Creation¶
- To invite another player into the team, that player must be near the job starting point.
- The team leader (the player who starts the job) must press the Invite Player button and enter the player's ID.
- The invited player will receive a notification on-screen where they can accept or decline the invitation.
- After accepting the invitation, the player will become part of the team and the job can begin.
Player Limits Based on Difficulty
The number of allowed team members depends on the selected difficulty:
- Easy — 1 to 2 players

Progression System¶
On this job, you can earn two types of points: Skill Points (which increase your job level and efficiency) and XP (which helps you increase your character level on the server).
1. Job Progression (Skill-Up)¶
The skill advancement system is based on the tasks you complete on the construction site:
- Points per Action: You receive points based on the job difficulty you are working on:
- Easy:
1 Skill Pointper completed task. - Medium:
2 Skill Pointsper completed task. - Hard:
3 Skill Pointsper completed task.
- Easy:
- How it is calculated: Points are awarded individually for each finished task on the construction site, not at the end of the entire shift.
2. Character Progression (Level-Up)¶
The XP reward system for your account level follows these strict server rules:
| Rule | Value / Details |
|---|---|
| XP Rate | 1 XP for every $2,000 net cash earned. |
| Minimum Payout for XP | You must earn a minimum of $2,000 net per individual job payout to receive XP (anything below this threshold rounds down to 0 XP). |
| Daily XP Cap | Maximum 80 XP / day from jobs (resets at the daily server reset). |
| Premium / VIP Bonus | +20% XP on all earned experience (ex: 1 XP becomes 1.2 XP, rounded down). |
3. Crafting Materials (Drops)¶
Upon successfully completing a job run, you have a percentage-based chance to obtain various materials used for the server's crafting system:
| Material Drop | Chance per Run |
|---|---|
| Scrap Metal | 15% |

| Steel | 6% |
| Aluminium | 6% |
| Copper | 4% |
| Rubber | 4% |
| Electronic Kit | 2% |
