Trade

The Trade system allows players to securely exchange items, money, or assets directly with one another. To prevent fraud, all transactions must be initiated, structured, and mutually confirmed by both parties, either through direct chat commands or via the dedicated smartphone application.

Trade Mobile Application

Initiating a Trade

You can start a trade with another player using two primary methods: via chat commands or directly from the Trade application on your in-game smartphone.

Real-Time Notifications

Whenever another player sends you a trade request, you will instantly receive a pop-up notification on your phone screen from the messages app, reading: You have a new trade request from [Name].

Trade Notification

Method 1: Chat Commands

If you prefer a direct approach via the console, you can manage trade requests using the following system commands:

Command Description
/trade [ID / Player Name] Sends a trade request to a specific player.
/trade-accept Accepts the most recent incoming trade invitation.
/trade-cancel Cancels a trade request you have sent or closes the active trade session.

Method 2: Smartphone Trade App

Open your in-game phone and look for the Trade application. The app interface is split into two main sections for effortless navigation:

  • NEARBY PLAYERS: Automatically scans your immediate vicinity and lists all available players. You can view their Name, ID, and Level. Pressing the orange Invite button sends an instant trade request.
  • PENDING TRADES: Displays incoming trade invitations from other players that are currently awaiting a response.
    • Click the green Accept button to open the trade window.
    • Click the red Decline button to reject the request.

The Trade Interface & Executing the Transaction

Once the invitation is accepted, the secure ONE RPG · TRADE main graphical user interface will appear on your screen.

Main Trade Interface

1. Managing Your Assets (Left Side Panel)

On the left side of the screen, you have direct access to all your character's assets that can be added to the transaction. Interaction works as follows:

  • Left-click on an item or vehicle to add it to your offer.
  • Right-click on an item inside your current offer panel to remove it from the trade.

The menu is split into two primary categories:

  • INVENTORY: Displays the items inside your backpack (e.g., Lockpicks, Cola, Burgers, Plastic).
  • ASSETS: Features three selectable tabs separating high-value assets:
    • Vehicles - Your owned cars and motorcycles, detailed with their model name, vehicle ID, and license plate.
    • Properties - Your owned houses.
    • Businesses - Your owned commercial business ventures.

2. Structuring the Exchange (Right Side Panel)

On the right side, you can structure and verify the terms of the transaction in real-time:

  • YOUR OFFER: The slots showing the assets you have queued up for the trade. Each transaction is limited to a strict maximum of 10 slots.
  • MONEY: The dedicated field for currency. Enter the desired amount in the box and click the Set offer button. Your total available bank balance is clearly displayed right next to this field.
  • THEIR OFFER: A read-only secure panel that shows exactly what the other player has added to their side of the bargain (items, vehicles, properties, or cash).

Vehicle Verification System

To guarantee absolute transparency and safeguard players against scam attempts, the interface features an intelligent Vehicle Verification System.

By simply hovering your mouse cursor over any vehicle icon within the inventory panels or the active offer boxes (both yours and your trading partner's), an informative pop-up overlay will render live specifications in real-time:

Trade Hover
  • Plate: The vehicle's registered license plate.
  • Purchase price: The original cost of the asset (e.g., $6,810,001).
  • Age: The vehicle's total age tracked in days.
  • Purchased: The exact date and timestamp of the purchase.
  • Odometer: The total driven distance / current mileage (e.g., 0 km).
  • Location: The designated storage garage or exact location where the vehicle is currently parked.

Fees & Finalizing the Exchange (Bottom Navigation)

Final Trade Phase and Countdown
  • Trade Fee Breakdown: Each side is responsible for paying processing fees based on the assets they add to their offer box (Each side pays their own fee). The breakdown is explicitly displayed in the bottom-left corner (e.g., $1,000 for a vehicle, $250 per added inventory item).
  • Locking the Deal (Ready): Once you have thoroughly cross-examined the Their Offer panel and agree to the terms, click Ready. The button will turn green and display a checkmark (Ready ✓), and the status banner in the bottom-left will switch to green: THEY ARE READY.
  • Safety Countdown: For security reasons, the moment both players lock in their Ready state, a mandatory 10-second countdown ticker will trigger on the screen (Both ready - countdown). This system provides a crucial last-second safety window.
  • Aborting (Cancel Trade): The trade can be canceled unconditionally at any phase of the transaction including during the live 10-second countdown by pressing the red button, returning all staged properties safely to their respective owners.

Safety Regulations

  • Always verify the partner's ID and Level located in the top-right corner of the Trade window to guarantee you are conducting business with the correct person.
  • Do not press Ready if the other player frequently alters or swaps items inside the grid at the last second, or if the offered cash amount does not match your initial verbal agreement!

Always Use the Tooltip Hover Feature!

Before accepting any exchange involving vehicles or properties, make sure to hover your mouse over the asset icon listed inside the THEIR OFFER grid. Carefully cross-check that the vehicle mileage (Odometer), house index, or technical details perfectly match what the player promised prior to opening the interface!
