The Building plan setup is a required PREP prep that involves tailing the Vangelico manager, taking his uniform, sneaking into the office, and hacking the computer (Breach Protocol) to secure the store's floor plans.

Walk into Vangelico in daylight and walk out with the floor plans. The whole crew drives out from here.
To complete this prep stage, head to Vangelico, wait for the manager to take a break, follow him stealthily, take his uniform in an alley, sneak into the office, and hack the computer to retrieve the plans.
Execution Steps¶
- Step 1/7: Drive to Vangelico in Rockford Hills
- Travel with your crew to the Vangelico jewelry store located in Rockford Hills.
- Step 2/7: Sit on the bench outside and wait with the crew / The manager is in the office - wait for a break
- Take a seat on the bench outside the store and wait for the manager to exit the building.
- Step 3/7: Follow the manager - not too close
- Tail the manager down the street while maintaining a safe distance to avoid detection.
- Step 4/7: Take the manager down in the alley and take the uniform
- Eliminate or knock out the manager once he reaches the secluded alley and collect his uniform (E).
- Step 5/7: Get to the office door without being made
- Dressed in the manager's disguise, stealthily head back and reach the office door undetected.
- Step 6/7: Hack the computer and take the floor plans
- Enter the office, interact with the PC (E), and complete the Breach Protocol hacking minigame to acquire the floor plans.
- Step 7/7: Get the plans back to the lock-up
- Leave the area and safely deliver the building plans back to the lock-up location.
