Garage System

The Garage System allows players to safely store, manage, and transfer their personal vehicles across various key locations on the map. Each garage functions as a public or private storage hub, providing detailed real-time information about your vehicle's condition.

How to Find and Access a Garage?

Garages are scattered throughout the map and can easily be identified by their specific radar icon on the minimap/main map.

To interact with the system, you have two dedicated access points (checkpoints):

  1. Accessing the Menu / Retrieving a Vehicle: Head to the pedestrian checkpoint near the garage (marked by a blue cylinder) and press the [E] - Open key to bring up the main interface.
  2. Parking a Vehicle: When behind the wheel of your personal car, pull into the designated driving checkpoint and press the [E] - Park vehicle key to store the vehicle inside that specific garage.

Management Interface

When opening a garage menu (such as Strawberry Garage), the interface displays all your owned vehicles categorized by status (e.g., those stored inside the current garage vs. those parked IN OTHER GARAGES).

On the left panel, selecting a vehicle provides a comprehensive real-time technical datasheet:

  • Status: Displays the vehicle's current state (e.g., Available).
  • Core Info: The license plate (Plate Number) and total distance driven (Mileage).
  • Current Location: The exact garage where the vehicle is physically stored (Current Location).
  • Component Health: Individual status meters for structural integrity (Body Health), motor state (Engine Health), and the current gas tank gauge (Fuel Level).
  • Quick Actions: The Park Out button (to spawn the vehicle onto the street) and the Transfer button.

Garage Transfer System

You no longer need to travel all the way across the city if you left a vehicle in a distant garage. The system allows you to remotely transfer any vehicle into your current location's garage for a flat convenience fee.

  • How it works: Browse the list of vehicles located in other garages, select the desired vehicle, click the Transfer button, choose your intended destination from the drop-down list (e.g., La Mesa Garage, Strawberry Garage, Paleto Garage, etc.), and confirm the action.
  • Transfer Fee: This service costs a flat fee of $500 (or depending on the server's economy settings) per vehicle transferred.

Green Highlight in the Menu

In the selection drop-down list, the garage highlighted with green text represents your current physical location (the exact garage from which you opened the menu), making it very easy to choose the correct destination for your transfer.
