Job Center¶

The Job Center system allows players to search and apply for jobs at companies on the server that are currently hiring.

Location and Access¶

The Job Center is located in the square in front of City Hall in Los Santos, right next to the Enterprise Founding point.

Visibility: You only see companies that have open applications, where you are not already employed, and where you do not have an active application.
Requirements: Companies can set a minimum requirement for played hours and level (up to a maximum of 10,000 played hours and level 100).
Application Form: Write a brief introduction of up to 300 characters and submit your application.
Processing: Your request is sent to the company's Actions tab. You will be notified once it is accepted or rejected.
Rules: You can only have one active application per company at a time (though you can apply to multiple companies simultaneously). If rejected, you can reapply immediately (no cooldown).

Payment: Salaries are paid out every payday (once per hour) directly from the company's vault into your bank account.
Salary Limit: The amount is set by management, up to a maximum of $100,000 per employee, per payday. Newly hired employees automatically start with a salary of $1 (which must be updated manually).
Multiple Jobs: If you work for multiple companies, you receive a separate salary line from each company during the same payday.

To receive your full salary, you must be active for at least 50 minutes within the 60-minute cycle.
If active for less than 50 minutes, you receive a salary proportional to your played minutes (e.g., 30 active minutes = half salary).
If the company does not have enough funds in its vault at payday, you receive nothing for that cycle.
