Progression System

On this job, you can earn two types of points: Skill Points (which increase your job level and efficiency) and XP (which helps you increase your character level on the server).

1. Job Progression (Skill-Up)

The skill advancement system is based on the total number of trash bags collected and loaded into the truck within a single work session (shift):

  • Points per Action: 1 Skill Point for every 50 bags collected, capped at a maximum of 2 Skill Points per session.
  • How it is calculated: Points are awarded in strict fixed thresholds at the end of the shift:
    • 0 - 49 bags collected 0 Skill Points
    • 50 - 99 bags collected 1 Skill Point
    • 100+ bags collected 2 Skill Points (absolute hard cap per session)

2. Character Progression (Level-Up)

The XP reward system for your account level follows these strict server rules:

Rule Value / Details
XP Rate 1 XP for every $2,000 net cash earned.
Minimum Payout for XP You must earn a minimum of $2,000 net per session to receive XP (anything below this threshold rounds down to 0 XP).
Daily XP Cap Maximum 80 XP / day from jobs (resets at the daily server reset).
Premium / VIP Bonus +20% XP on all earned experience (ex: 1 XP becomes 1.2 XP, rounded down).

3. Crafting Materials (Drops)

Upon successfully completing a job run, you have a percentage-based chance to obtain various materials used for the server's crafting system:

Material Drop Chance per Run
Scrap Metal 8%
Plastic 8%
Steel 3%
Aluminium 3%
Copper 2%
Rubber 2%
Electronic Kit 1%
Blueprints 1%

Important: Multipliers and Payout Calculation

The amounts listed above represent only the base pay per bag adjusted for your skill level. The final payout displayed in the UI at the end of your shift varies based on the total number of bags collected and active account bonuses (Newbie Bonus, Team Bonus if working with a partner, Job of the Day, Premium/VIP, Season Inflation, and Government Tax).

Payout Calculation Examples

Example 1: Beginner Player - Short Shift (Click to expand)

Context: Character Level 3 (+24% Newbie), Skill 2 ($468 base/bag), Solo. The player collects 50 bags.

  • Formula: (Skill Base Pay × Newbie Bonus) × Amount of bags
  • Calculation: ($468 × 1.24) × 50 bags = $580 × 50 = $29,000 final in the UI.
  • Progression Note: The player also receives 1 Skill Point (falling into the 50-99 threshold).
Example 2: Advanced Player - Full Bonus (Click to expand)

Context: Character Level 10+ (0%), Skill 10 ($765 base/bag), Premium account (+10%), Job of the Day (+15% as this is an Easy tier job). The player collects 100 bags.

  • Formula: (Skill Base Pay × Job of the Day × Premium) × Amount of bags
  • Calculation: ($765 × 1.15 × 1.10) × 100 bags = $967.7 × 100 = $96,772 final in the UI.
  • Progression Note: The player receives the maximum cap of 2 Skill Points (100+ threshold).
