Members who do not bring enough contribution to a faction and whose only action is to occupy a spot will be considered inactive (sanction: dismissal).

3.2 Activity Report

3.2.1 Every member of rank 1-5 (except Subleaders) is required to complete the activity report.

3.2.2 Faking the activity report, or helping a colleague fake it, is strictly forbidden (sanction: dismissal).

3.2.4 Members may not have an active duty for activities unrelated to the activity report (sanction: Verbal Warning on the first offense, Faction Warn if it continues).

3.2.7 The number of points needed for the bonus will be shown on [/myraport].

Failure to Complete the Activity Report

  • members who fail to complete their activity report will receive a Faction Warn and enter recovery mode.
  • if they still do not complete their report after entering recovery mode, rank 1 and 2 members will be dismissed while rank 3+ members will receive a rank down.
    • completing the report in recovery mode means recovering the unfinished points from the previous week + completing the current week's report.

    • players with less than 14 days in the faction will be dismissed with FP 60.
    • players with 14 days or more in the faction will be dismissed with FP 10.

3.3 Hours Played

3.3.1 All faction members are required to have a minimum of 10 hours played over the course of a month. Anyone who fails to play at least 5 hours per month will be sanctioned directly with Dismissal.

3.4 Inactivity Requests

3.4.1 All inactivity requests are made only on the panel. A member is entitled to at most 14 days of inactivity once every 45 days.

5.1.2 Using the [/fvr] command and spawning vehicles for fun, to bother a colleague, to fill the garage, etc. is not allowed (sanction: Faction Warn or Rank Down for serious abuse / multiple offenses).

Important

You must announce on [/f] when you intend to use the [/fvr] command and wait 10 seconds before using it. Failure to do so will be sanctioned according to the Fines section of the internal rules.

5.1.3 Abusive driving and disturbing road users are forbidden outside of an absolute necessity, such as chasing a suspect (sanction: Faction Warn).

5.2 Aircraft

5.2.1 When it comes to department aircraft (Police Maverick, Police Buzzard, Police Valkyrie) you are required to ask the approval of a Rank 4+ from that department before using them (sanction: Verbal Warning on the first offense, Faction Warn if it continues).

5.2.2 Rank 5+ members do not need to ask for approval, but they must give a reason on [/f] before using them (sanction: Verbal Warning on the first offense, Faction Warn if it continues).

5.2.3 You are allowed to use the aircraft (to travel with them or to fire from them) for aerial suspects.

Important

Traveling with these in other circumstances will be sanctioned with Faction Warn.

6. Government Premises

6.1 The department stations (both their exterior and interior) and the prison are considered government property.

6.2 Only department members, players being tested for entry into a department, surrendering suspects, governors releasing inmates, or players brought there by a higher rank for a specific reason are allowed on government property.

6.3 Using weapons without a well-founded reason in the department garage, especially in the areas where suspects are arrested, is not allowed (sanction: Faction Warn).

6.4 Players who are not allowed to stay on government grounds will be ordered at least 3 times via the [/m] command and will have 30 seconds from the last order to leave the area; otherwise they will be sanctioned with a wanted. If they leave but return, they will not be ordered again but will be sanctioned directly with a wanted (sanction: Faction Warn).

Intervention Procedures

7. Orders

7.1 Orders General

7.1.1 AFK players without a wanted cannot be ordered, while players with a wanted can be ordered even if they are AFK.

7.1.2 When ordering a suspect, the officer is required to make sure they were close enough for the suspect to see the order.

7.1.3 Only orders addressed specifically to the player and visible to them are taken into account.

7.1.4 Contacting from a distance with the purpose of convincing or forcing the chased player to cooperate is forbidden (Phone, [/pc], [/vip]) (sanction: Faction Warn).

7.1.5 Ordering players, with or without a wanted, is done using the [/ms] command. It automatically detects whether the player has a wanted, sending a specific message for each situation. If the player does not have the right to surrender or is too far away, the officer will receive a specific message and will not be allowed to issue the order.

7.1.6 Do not spam when ordering a player with the [/m] command. Giving 6 or more unjustified orders to a player is considered spam. There must be at least 3 seconds between orders (sanction: Verbal Warning).

7.1.7 An officer is required to hand over a suspect to another officer if the latter ordered them first (sanction: Faction Warn).

7.2 Approaching Ordered Players

7.2.1 Players who have a wanted player as a passenger will be ordered once to stop and hand over the wanted player. If they do not comply, they will be sanctioned automatically by the server.

8. Confiscating Ammunition and the Weapons License

8.1 Confiscating the ammunition or the weapons license of wanted players without the right to surrender is not allowed (sanction: Faction Warn).

8.2 Confiscating the ammunition or the weapons license of players without a wanted who attack officers is not allowed; they are instead sanctioned with a wanted for attacking an officer (sanction: Faction Warn).

8.3 The Weapons License is confiscated when weapons are used near an officer with the purpose of attacking another player for no reason.

8.4 You may confiscate ammunition when weapons are held in plain sight near a department member (events excepted).

8.5 You are allowed to confiscate the ammunition of a suspect with the right to surrender if they hold their weapons in plain sight or attack other players with them.

8.6 Ammunition may be confiscated by members of any department.

9. Searching

9.1 Unlike those in Roads and SWAT, those in SHERIFF will use this [/search] command less (see the internal rules).

10. Tasering

10.1 The taser may be used on suspects with or without a wanted when they do not cooperate or endanger other players (sanction: Verbal Warning).

10.2 In the case of suspects without the right to surrender, it is used when you are outnumbered or 1 vs 1 (sanction: Faction Warn).

10.3 The taser may be used at most 5 times on the same suspect (sanction: Faction Warn).

11. Issuing Wanteds

11.1 Wanted General

11.1.1 Issuing a wanted in arenas (paintball, etc.) is not allowed (sanction: Faction Warn).

11.1.2 You may not issue a wanted to players who are AFK (sanction: Faction Warn).

11.1.3 You may not issue a Wanted 4 for attacking an officer on top of another wanted, regardless of the situation. If a suspect attacks you, they lose the right to surrender and can be killed on the spot in self-defense (sanction: Faction Warn).

11.1.4 A wanted may only be issued based on your own proof (sanction: Faction Warn).

11.1.5 Any wanted will be issued within at most 2 minutes from the moment the suspect committed an offense punishable by a wanted.

11.1.6 Wanted suspects who attack officers automatically lose the right to surrender and will be killed.

11.1.7 If a player runs over an on-duty officer who is on foot, and the officer loses health, the player will receive a wanted for attacking an officer.

11.1.8 On the other hand, if the officer is in a vehicle and the player hits them with a vehicle several times, they will receive a wanted for Drive-by (sanction: Faction Warn).

11.1.9 To issue a Wanted 4 "attacking an officer", the player must attack you with fists/feet at least 4 times or once with a weapon. Make sure you have VIDEO, otherwise you risk being sanctioned for insufficient proof (sanction: Faction Warn).

11.1.10 When you try to pick up a suspect in the work vehicle and you are obstructed by other civilians, you have the right to order them 3 times on [/m] to clear the space near the vehicle. If they do not comply, the civilians will be sanctioned with a wanted for Order Non-Compliance. If you have space in the vehicle, they will be ordered to surrender. If there is no space, they will be ordered again 3 times on [/m] to clear the space near the vehicle, and if they do not comply they may be killed with the wanted they have.

11.2 Issuing Accomplice

11.2.1 If a wanted player (with the right to surrender) is a passenger in a vehicle, they will be ordered accordingly, and if the driver does not hand them over, then the driver will be sanctioned with a Wanted 6 "accomplice" with no further orders. ATTENTION! The wanted passenger does NOT lose the right to surrender (sanction: Faction Warn).

11.2.2 If a player who escaped from prison is a passenger in a car, the driver will receive a Wanted 6 accomplice with no orders.

11.2.3 If a player has as a passenger a wanted suspect who shoots at officers, they will receive a Wanted 6 accomplice with no orders.

11.2.4 If a wanted suspect has as a passenger a civilian who shoots at officers, the attacker will receive a Wanted 6 accomplice with no orders.

11.2.5 If a player intervenes in the chase of a suspect (attacking the officer with fists, leaving a car on the officer, attacking them up close with a weapon) they will receive a Wanted 6 accomplice with no orders.

12. Handling Suspects

12.1 Suspects General

12.1.1 Members may not ask civilians for help in chasing suspects with or without a wanted. If they need help, they can request it from the other departments, never from civilians (sanction: Faction Warn).

12.1.2 Wanted suspects in your custody must receive a cuff (sanction: Verbal Warning).

12.1.3 Once a suspect has been picked up, you are required to transport them immediately to the nearest police station. Anyone who drives them around pointlessly, stops for no reason, or drives extraordinarily slowly to mock them will be sanctioned (sanction: Faction Warn).

12.2 Processing Suspects

12.2.1 Before killing a wanted player who has the right to surrender, they must be ordered to surrender (unless they start shooting at you) (sanction: Faction Warn).

12.2.2 AFK suspects with the right to surrender will be ordered to surrender, and upon refusal they automatically receive a wanted without the right to surrender and will be killed.

12.2.3 If the suspect refuses to surrender, either by manually selecting the option that they do not surrender or automatically by selecting nothing, they automatically receive a wanted without the right to surrender and will be killed.

12.2.4 If the suspect accepts to surrender, you have 30 seconds to reach them and give them /cuff, at which point they will be frozen and unable to move. Then drive a vehicle and use the [/escort] command to transfer the suspect into the vehicle, and then go arrest them.

Promotions and Transfers

13. Rank Promotion

13.1 Rank promotion will be done by the Leader or Subleader, respecting the minimum promotion durations, when they consider that you have earned the promotion.

13.2 The minimum durations for rank promotion can be viewed in the Leader Rules -> Promotion Rules.

13.3 The Subleader rank is assigned by the leader when they consider that you deserve it, respecting the Leader Rules -> Choosing Subleaders.

  • if the member passes the test given by the leader, they will be transferred to the new department keeping their rank.
  • if the member fails the test, they will remain in the current department.
  • if the member made the transfer request as a joke, the transfer will be rejected and the member sanctioned with Verbal Warning + $20,000 fine.

14.2 The member must have at least rank 4 in the department they belong to in order to submit a transfer request to another department.

Important Notice

If the Leader considers that there is a staff shortage in another department, they may transfer a member after notifying them.

Complaints, Sanctions and Dismissal

15.2.3 For browser proof, only videos in which the page is refreshed at least once, so that it can be seen the proof is not forged, are accepted (otherwise invalid proof).

15.2.4 Once a complaint has been made against a faction player, the leader must respond to it within at most 48 hours, and the reported player may bring (other) proof within at most 24 hours (sanction: Faction Warn).

15.3 Language and Witnesses

15.3.1 Seriously insulting or speaking vulgarly in complaints is forbidden (sanction: dismissal).

15.3.2 Pointless comments in a complaint, various offenses through the proof, incitement to argument, without bringing valid proof for the reported issue and without being involved in the actions that led to the reported issue, will be sanctioned as follows:

  • for the witnesses added by the COMPLAINANT, as well as for them (the one who opens the complaint): the complaint will be ignored, without the right to remake it.
  • for the witnesses added by the REPORTED person, as well as for them (the faction member who is reported): they will be sanctioned with Verbal Warning for minor things or Faction Warn for more serious things, in addition to the sanction they must receive for the complaint if they were guilty of something.

Minor things: light taunts, links with soft songs, light jokes, irony, etc.

More serious things: mockery, insults, links with offensive/vulgar songs, etc.

Important Notice

The rules above also apply to deleted comments, added witnesses, as well as proof posted in complaints.
